General Notes
Install VMware Tools in the virtual machine.
In the following cases, the virtual machine backup cannot be used.
When the ETERNUS SF Manager service is not started
When the ETERNUS VASA Provider service is not started
When the VMware vCenter Server is not started
When the VMware ESXi belonging to the virtual machine to be operated is not set to maintenance mode
When due to irregularities in the network environment, communication is not possible with the VMware vCenter Server and the ETERNUS Disk storage system
(port blocked, firewall, timeout due to delay on communicating party, server IP address change, physical communication route errors, etc.)
When backing up, restoring or referencing/deleting backup information, do not change the virtual machine configuration or operate Snapshot on the VMware vCenter Server.
