Collect an XSCF log if conditions listed below occur:
If the message 7240, 7241, 7242 or 7244 is output in the shutdown facility in SPARC M10 and M12 environments.
If the forced termination of a node fails in the shutdown facility in SPARC M10 and M12 environments.
For how to collect an XSCF log, refer to "Saving a log to a file with snapshot" and "Saving a log to a local USB device" in "Fujitsu SPARC M12 and Fujitsu M10/SPARC M10 System Operation and Administration Guide."
If the message 7040, 7042 or 7203 is output in the shutdown facility in SPARC Enterprise M series environment.
If the forced termination of a node fails in the shutdown facility in SPARC Enterprise M series environment.
