Collect following material for investigation using super user access privileges when you request troubleshooting to field engineers and if your manual instructs you to do so.
Material collected by FJQSS, fjsnap, or pclsnap
Crash dump file (/var/crash/*/*)
Output of the following command: "sfcfsck -N -o nolog device"
For device, specify a block special file of the file system where the problem occurs.
If the investigation material must urgently be sent, collect the following materials a and b for the initial investigation:
Material collected by sfcsnap
/var/log/messages*
Note
The above materials 1, 2, a, and b should be collected from all nodes where the GFS Shared File System is shared.
The above material 3 should be collected when a file system needs to be recovered.
These materials should be collected as soon as the symptom occurred. Some material might not be collected after rebooting the system.
The materials a and b are of initial investigation. Collect materials a and b first, and then make sure to collect materials 1 to 3.

Use FJQSS if you want to collect the above material 1 with other middleware products that support FJQSS.
The following indicates how to collect materials by FJQSS, fjsnap, pclsnap, and sfcsnap.sh.
Execute the following command.
# /opt/FJSVqstl/fjqss_collect |
The product selection menu appears.
Input the number of the product of which you want to collect the investigation material.
Select either of the following products:

If you select one of the above, you can collect investigation material for PRIMECLUSTER including GFS in a batch.
Press the [Y] key according to the instruction in the prompt.
After the FJQSS has completed the collection, the name of the output directory of the collected material appears.
