When using Single Sign-On authentication, restore the directory service information. For the restoration procedure, refer to the manuals of the directory service software.
However, after the switchover operation, to restore the switchover destination site to its previous state, backup the directory service information on the switchover destination site before performing restoration. The backed up information of the directory service is used during "4.5 Operation after Failback".
