Device name change (physical disk name change) of a disk registered in a class may occur by adding and removing disks. Even in such a case, the service can be continued. However, since the command operations of GDS become impossible, disk swapping operations and configuration changes of GDS cannot be performed. For this reason, when you add or remove a disk, take the following necessary actions so that a device name change does not occur.
Adding disks
On OS startup, the added disk should be recognized from OS after the existing disk.

Even if a device name change occurs with 4.3A10 or later, since the command operation of GDS is possible, the above-mentioned actions are not required.
