For the local class or shared class in a cluster environment, when the network load of cluster interconnect is under a heavy load (1 sec or more during transmission) or when CF (Cluster Foundation) has detected a disconnected heart beat, the I/O may return after exceeding the value of the I/O response time for 300 seconds or less.
The setting of I/O Response Time Assurance cannot be backed up or restored by the backup (sdxconfig Backup) and restore (sdxconfig Restore) of the object configuration.
When backing up the object configuration of the class that the I/O Response Time Assurance configured, back up also the setting information (execution result of sdxinfo -I command) of I/O Response Time Assurance.
After restoring object configuration, check the execution result of sdxinfo -I command that was backed up and set the I/O Response Time Assurance by using sdxattr command.
To perform the following operations on a class that has system panic mode enabled, disable the system panic mode and then perform the following operations:
Canceling system disk mirroring (when the system panic mode is enabled for root class)
Deleting class (sdxclass -R command or sdxconfig Remove command)
For procedure on how to change the system panic mode, see "8.3.2 Changing the System Panic Mode."
