Disconnect the virtual disk for the system area of the old product from the virtual appliance of this product.
Note
Do not disconnect the virtual disk for the cache area of the old product as it is used by this product.
For VMware vSphere Environment
For example, the procedure using vSphere Client is as follows.
Launch the vSphere Client.
In the inventory, right-click the virtual machine of this product and then click Edit Settings.
On the Hardware tab, select the virtual disk for the system area in the old environment and then click Remove.
For KVM Environment
Launch Virtual Machine Manager.
Right-click the virtual machine of this product and then click Open.
On the Details screen, right-click the virtual disk for the system area in the old environment and then click Remove Hardware.
