Probable causes are the following:
The settings of client connected to Log Analyzer Server are incorrect.
The Log Analyzer Server is not started.
The network is disconnected.
The number of connection of report output tool corresponding to Log Analyzer Server has exceeded 100.
The port used for report output tool may be blocked by a firewall.
Resolution
According to different causes, take the following resolutions.
Connect again after a while.
Execute again after confirming the Log Analyzer Server can be connected normally.
Confirm whether the port used for report output tool in the settings of firewall has been opened.
For the environment of IPv6 communication, confirm whether the hosts file is set, and the setting is correct.
Cause
Probable causes are the following:
When saving the files, the specified report and file output target path is incorrect.
When saving the files, the capacity of disk in the path of specified report and file output target is insufficient.
When saving the files, the write authority of specified report and file output target is not owned.
When printing, the printer is not installed.
Microsoft Excel is not installed.
It does not support that because the installed Excel version is too low.
When using Microsoft Office Excel 2010 or later, "Visual Basic for Applications" is not installed.
Resolution
Take the corresponding actions after confirming the causes, and then execute again.
Cause
Probable causes are as follows:
The system time is the date before March, 31st, 2005.
The system time is the date after January, 1st, 2035.
Resolution
Set the system time correctly.
(The system time shall be within the range from 04/01/2005 to 12/31/2034.)
Cause
Probable causes are the following:
The file used in the internal part is damaged.
The registry information is damaged.
Resolution
Execute again after reinstalling the report output tool.
Cause
Probable causes are the following:
When creating the report after specifying the log output, the memory capacity required for items of exported logs cannot be fulfilled.
Resolution
Execute again after taking any one of the following actions.
Set the appropriate screening conditions in the Web Console.
Increase the virtual memory.
Stop the unnecessary applications.
Cause
The operation of report output tool is not finished normally.
Resolution
Contact Fujitsu technical staff.
Cause
Probable causes are the following:
The environment setting operation of output report is not executed through the affiliated users of Administrators group or Domain Admins.
It failed to set because the Windows data has executed protection (DEP) function.
Resolution
According to the different causes, take the following resolutions.
Execute the environment setting operation of output report through the affiliated users of Administrators group or Domain Admins.
Refer to the contents of "Conditions displayed in window when data executes operations related to protection" in the attention of Step 7 in "Install Report Output Tool" of Installation Guide, and execute again after setting the "F3CWDELA.EXE" program as reliable program for data executing the protection (DEP) function.
Cause
The server is not set in the environment settings, or problems have existed in the set status because the operation is not finished correctly.
Resolution
Execute again after setting the server in the environment settings.
Cause
The version of report output tool is different from that of the Log Analyzer Server.
Resolution
Use the report output tool whose version is the same as that of the Log Analyzer Server.
Cause
The information of the Management Server is not transferred to the Log Analyzer Server.
Resolution
Transfer the information again after executing the data transfer command.
Variable Information
% S: The IP address (or server name) of the Management Server
Cause
A user ID of the Management Server set by batch users cannot be used by changing the connected Log Analyzer Server.
Resolution
Reset the Management Server by using a batch user tab of the environment setup.
Cause
An exception occurred while processing the information of the Management Server set in the registry.
