Execute again after confirming that the entered account belongs to the Domain Admins group.
Execute again after confirming that the Active Directory server can be accessed.

There might be a case where the port TCP30005 is being used by other services, or the port excluding the port TCP30005 has been already registered.. Refer to "4.1 Port Number List" for the details of port number.
Resolution
Log on according to the transmission port of aggregate by objective data and the following steps.
Open: services files under the Windows Installation Directory\system32\drivers\etc.
Add the information of following port numbers.

Note 1) The communication port number can be specified as any port number that is not used.
