3.1.9.1 Message Output with Backup Tool

[BKCI-ERR002] Please enter the user ID.

  • The saving target path folder is set as writable prohibition.

  • The saving target path folder is set as write-protection.

Specify the writable saving target path folder.

[BKSY-ERR009] Error occurred while outputting result log file.  Please check the available space of disk.

Cause

It might be caused by the following.

  • The disk capacity of drive for exporting result log file is insufficient.

  • The writable authority of the output target path folder of result log file has not been set.

Resolution

Execute again after confirming the environment of result log file.

[BKSY-ERR010] The path of copy source file of command detailed log file is incorrect. Please modify operating environment correctly.

Cause

The saving target path folder of the command detailed log file does not exist.

Confirm whether the saving target path folder specified in [Command Log Saving Target Path Folder Location] of the [Trace/Folder/CT Self Version Upgrade Settings] window of Server Settings Tool exists.

Confirm the result log file, the error table and export file. When accessing the backup table is prohibited, remove the access prohibition. When the disk space of backup target path is insufficient, specify the drive with larger rest space.

[BKSY-ERR015] Failed to get number of items that can be deleted. (%d) Problem exists in database.

Confirm whether the Management Server and database are being successfully installed.
