3.1.7 Message Output with Level Control Service

[LVDB-ERR004] Unknown error occurred during database operation. Please contact the system administrator.

Cause

The database information is incomplete.

Resolution

Contact Fujitsu technical staff.

[LVSY-ERR003] This physical node information has not been found.

Cause

Node information does not exist in the database information.

Resolution

Create the initial value data when constructing.

[LVSY-ERR004] This level composition has not been found.

Cause

This level configuration information does not exist in the database information.

Resolution

Display the latest information through Management Console.

[LVSY-ERR005] The upper-level group has not been found.

Cause

This upper-level group information does not exist in the database information.

Resolution

Restart Management Console.

[LVSY-ERR006] Errors occurred during registry operation. (LastError: [%d].)

Cause

The level object in the database information has not been set correctly.

Resolution

Confirm this level object and execute again.

[LVSY-ERR011] This user or user group has not been found. Please refresh the displayed content, display the latest status of user level composition.

Cause

When trying moving, deleting user or user group, data of user or user group which match the conditions cannot be found.

Resolution

In the user policy window of Management Console, select [Edit] > [Display the Latest Tree Information] from the menu, display the latest status of user level composition.

[LVSY-ERR012] Performing Active Directory Linkage processing, Systemwalker Desktop Patrol composition information import processing, or data synchronization processing is being performed between Master Management Server/Management Server. So the operation cannot be performed. Please try again after a while. When the operation can be performed, please refresh the tree information and display the latest status.
