3.1.1 Message Output During Installation

[I101-ERR001] Cannot install Systemwalker Desktop Keeper server. Please confirm the target OS and ServicePack. Interrupt installation.

Cause

"Unsupported OS and ServicePack" has been installed in the installation environment.

Resolution

Install in "Supported OS and ServicePack".

[I101-ERR006] Failed to copy file %s.
It might be caused by

    - insufficient disk capacity

    - the disk prohibited being written

    - folder with the same name existing already, etc.

Please install again.

Interrupt installation.

[I101-ERR007] Failed to create folder %s.
It might be caused by

    - insufficient disk capacity

    - the correspondent disk prohibited being written

    - folder with the same name existing already, etc.

Please reinstall it after confirmation.

The installation is cancelled.

Cause

Failed to read the value of the registry.

Resolution

This could be caused because the value in registry is deleted. Contact Fujitsu technical staff.

[I101-ERR009] Failed to create the registry. Please install again after logging on as Administrator. Interrupt installation.

Cause

Failed to generate the value of the registry.

Resolution

Reinstall it after logging on as Administrator.

[I101-ERR010] The installed user does not have Administrator authority. Please install again after logging on as Administrator.
Interrupt installation.

Cause

The user executing the installation operation does not have Administrator authority.

Resolution

Reinstall it after logging on as Administrator.

[I101-ERR011] The previous installation and uninstallation have not been completed. Please install again after reboot. Interrupt installation.

Cause

After the previous installation and uninstallation, the machine did not be restarted.

Resolution

Reinstall it after rebooting.

[I101-ERR013] The version of MDAC is "2.7 SP1 Refresh" or earlier. Please apply the latest MDAC. Interrupt installation.

Cause

The old version earlier than "MDAC 2.7 SP1 Refresh" is used.

Resolution

Use "MDAC 2.7 SP1 Refresh" or later to reinstall it.

[I101-ERR114] The Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Management Server cannot be installed. The following database system was not deleted.

Resolution

The database has changed from Systemwalker Desktop Keeper V15.1.0; therefore, you cannot use the data base that is being constructed on the Symfoware of the old edition.

Delete the database according to the Troubleshooting Guide.

[I101-ERR115] Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Management Server cannot be upgraded. The following database system was not deleted.

Cause

Attempted to upgrade the version of the Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Management Server without deleted the following databases:
Symfoware RDB SWDTK

Resolution

The database has changed from Systemwalker Desktop Keeper V15.1.0; and therefore, you cannot use the data base that is being constructed on the Symfoware of the old edition.
Delete the database by using the Operating Environment Maintenance Wizard (Creating or deleting environment)

[I101-ERR016] IIS (Internet Information Services) has not been installed. Please install again after installing IIS. Interrupt installation.

Cause

IIS (Internet Information Services) has not been imported.

Resolution

Reinstall it after installing IIS.

[I101-ERR017] The database has not been started. Please install again after starting or deleting the database. Interrupt installation.

Cause

Because the database has not been started, whether the database can be migrated cannot be judged.

Resolution

Start the database or reinstall after deleting it.

[I101-ERR018] Cannot move the database. Please install again after deleting the database. Interrupt installation.

Cause

The database cannot be migrated.

Resolution

Reinstall the database after deleting it.

[I101-ERR019] The installation of %1 has been completed, but errors occurred.
Please confirm the errors in the installation log file.

The installation is completed.

Cause

The global version, English version, or Chinese version of the Management Server is already installed.

Resolution

The global version, English version, or Chinese version of the Management Server cannot be updated using the Japanese version of the Management Server. Install the global version of the Management Server and perform the update.

[I101-ERR101] Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Client has been installed. Please install again after uninstalling the client.
Interrupt installation.

Cause

Reinstall after uninstalling Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Client.

[I101-ERR103] Failed to replace SWCTVerSettings.ini file. It might be caused by
  - insufficient disk capacity

  - the correspondent disk prohibited being written

Please modify the settings file after installation is completed.

Continue installation.

Resolution

Record [DistModuleDir] content in file SWCTVerSettings.ini under the system folder as the path of folder for placing update module.

[I101-ERR108] Base Edition server is installed on the terminal where Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Standard Edition server has been installed. Standard Edition server cannot be updated through Base Edition server. Interrupt installation.

Cause

Try installing Base Edition Server in the terminal with Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Standard Edition Server installed.

Resolution

Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Standard Edition Server cannot be updated in Base Edition Server. Update with Standard Edition Server.

[I101-ERR109] As selection folder, drive root directory or drive excluding the fixed one cannot be specified. Please specify the correct folder.

Cause

The selected folder is the one in root directory of the drive or in the drive other than the fixed disk.

Resolution

Select a folder other than the root directory of the fixed disk.

[I101-ERR112] Failed to install RDB. Interrupt installation.

Cause

Failed to install database.

Resolution

Check the content in installation log "DTKServer_Install.log" and install again after troubleshooting.

[I101-ERR113] The program cannot be installed on this operating system.

  • Ran 64-bit installer for the 32-bit OS environment.

  • Ran 64-bit installer for the environment in which 32-bit Management Server/Master Management Server has been installed.

  • Ran 32-bit installer for the environment in which 64-bit Management Server/Master Management Server has been installed.

Resolution

Use an installer that suits the environment.

[I101-ERR118] Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Management Server cannot be upgraded. The database was not deleted.

Cause

An attempt was made to upgrade V15.1.3 or earlier of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper Management Server with one of the databases below remaining:

  • PostgreSQL RDB SWDTK

  • PostgreSQL RDB SWDTK2

  • PostgreSQL_swdtmdm

Resolution

The database changed from V15.2.0 of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper, therefore databases that were built on an old version of PostgreSQL cannot be used.

Use the Server Settings Tool to delete the database.

[I111-ERR003] The port number error. Please enter a number within 5001~60000.

Cause

Numerals out of the range from 5001 to 60000 or characters other than numerals have been entered in the port number.

Resolution

Enter a value within 5001 - 60000.

[I111-ERR005] The saving target of the update module is incorrect. Please enter the correct value.

Error of path for saving update module.

Resolution

Input the correct path for saving update module.

[I111-ERR006] The saving target of the log file is incorrect. Please enter the correct value.

[I111-ERR007] The function has not been selected. Please select any function.

Cause

The service has not been selected.

Resolution

Select the installation service.

[I111-ERR008] Cannot install Server Service only. Please make sure to select Level Control Service.

Cause

The check box of Level Control Service is not checked.

Check the check box of Level Control Service.

[I111-ERR010] Symbols not allowed are input in the directory.
The symbols allowed are symbols excluding the following ones.

Symbols not allowed: [#] [%] [/] [:] [*] [?] ["] [<] [>] [|]

Cause

Symbols not allowed are contained in the input directory name.

Resolution

Use the allowed symbols when inputting the directory name.

[I111-ERR011] The password does not match. Please enter the correct password.

Cause

The entered password does not match the confirm password.

Enter the correct password.

[I111-ERR013] The password has not been entered. Please enter the password.

Cause

The password has not been entered.

[I111-ERR014] Characters not allowed have been entered in the password.
The characters allowed are halfwidth alphanumeric characters and symbols excluding the following ones.

Besides, fullwidth and halfwidth space cannot be entered.

  • A non-existing path is specified.

[I111-ERR016] The specification of the saving folder of database related file is incorrect. The path of saving folder of the database related file should meet the following conditions:
  - not drive root directory

  - not containing blank character

  - not containing fullwidth characters

  - the path is halfwidth and its length is within 10 characters

  - not network drive

  - in NTFS format

Please enter the correct value.

[I111-ERR025] The path of the specified folder is too long. Specify the path using up to 85 halfwidth characters.

[I111-ERR027] The specified automatic backup folder is invalid. It must meet the following conditions.
- It cannot be the root drive
- Its path length must be up to 189 halfwidth characters
- It cannot contain the following symbols:  \  /  :  *  ?  "  <  >  |

Specify the correct path.

[I111-ERR028] The specified database creation folder is incorrect. It must meet the following conditions:
- It cannot be the root drive
- Its path length must be up to 96 halfwidth characters
- It cannot be a network drive
- It must be in NTFS format
- It can contain halfwidth alphanumeric characters and halfwidth symbols, except for the following:
-   \  /  :  *  ?  "  <  >  |  &  ^
Specify a valid folder.

Logon to all ISAPI extension modules according to the Troubleshooting Guide.

[I121-ERR017] Failed to set the processing program mapping of IIS (Internet Information Services). Please set IIS according to troubleshooting manual.

Cause

Set handler mapping according to the Troubleshooting Guide.

[I121-ERR018] Cannot start 32-bit compatible mode of IIS (Internet Information Services). Please set IIS according to troubleshooting manual.

Cause

32-bit compatible mode of IIS cannot be enabled.

Enable 32-bit compatible mode of IIS according to the Troubleshooting Guide.

[I999-ERR999] Errors occurred. Please contact the system administrator.
