2.18 Administrator Information File

File name

Arbitrary (*.*).
When creating a file, the user can specify any file name.

Usage

This CSV file can be used under the following conditions:

When logging on the administrator in batch
When outputting the administrator information as a CSV file

Refer to the related contents of "Set Administrator Information" or "Output Administrator Information" in Installation Guide for how to use this CSV file.

Saving location

It can be saved in any location of local drive.

File format

This is the CSV file in the following format:

Character code: Shift JIS or UTF-8 (encoding format specified in the server setting tool)
Item delimiter " " " (halfwidth double quotation)
Item separator " ,"(halfwidth comma)
Item length: variable-length
Line feed code: CRLF (0x0d+0x0a)
*Note) That is: the end of file shall be line break.

The first line is the title line and the data begins on the second line.

The item name and description of the CSV file are described as follows:

1	Processing Flag	When outputting, it is blank. When importing, it is shown as follows: Blank: New registration: Space: New "U": Modify "D": Delete
2	User ID	User ID of Administrator. When importing the administrator information, the following characters can be specified. Number of characters allowed: halfwidth 40 characters (fullwidth 20 characters) Characters allowed: alphanumeric numeral, Chinese characters, Hiragana, Katakana and symbols The following symbols are not allowed. "&","<",">","\|","\",""" , "~", "'" , "?",":","^", fullwidth and halfwidth space It is case-insensitive.
3	Password	Password of administrator. When outputting the administrator information, it is blank. When importing the administrator information, the following characters can be specified. The default input format is not allowed. Number of characters allowed: halfwidth 32 characters Characters allowed: alphanumeric numeral and symbols The following symbols are not allowed. "&","<",">","\|","\",""" , "~", "'" , "?",":","^", fullwidth and halfwidth space
4	Access authority_no viewing authority	Access authority of administrator. 1: set as [No Authority for Browsing]. 0: set as authority other than [No Authority for Browsing]. Halfwidth space: set as authority other than [No Authority for Browsing].
5	Access authority_Log Viewer	Access authority of administrator. 1: set as authority of [Log Viewer], [Management Console / Log Viewer] and [(Department Administrator) Log Viewer][(department administrator) Log Viewer / Management Console]. 0: no view authority of Log Viewer. Halfwidth space: no view authority of Log Viewer.
6	Access authority_Management Console	Access authority of administrator. 1: set as authority of [Management Console / Log Viewer] and [Management Console][( department administrator) Log Viewer / Management Console][( department administrator) Management Console]. 0: no view authority of Management Console. Halfwidth space: no view authority of Management Console.
7	Access authority_backup restoration	Access authority of administrator. 1: set as [Backup / Restore] authority. 0: no [Backup / Restore] authority. Halfwidth space: no [Backup / Restore] authority.
8	Access authority_department administrator	Access authority of administrator. 1: set as department administrator. 0: set as authority other than department administrator. Halfwidth space: set as authority other than department administrator.
9	Access authority 6	Halfwidth space: fixed value
10	Access authority 7	Halfwidth space: fixed value
11	Access authority 8	Halfwidth space: fixed value

15	Name	The User name of administrator. When importing the administrator information, the following characters can be specified. Enter number of characters allowed: halfwidth 40 characters (fullwidth 20 characters) Enter characters allowed: alphanumeric numeral, Chinese characters, Hiragana, Katakana and symbols
16	E-mail address 1	The E-mail address of administrator. When importing the administrator information, the following characters can be specified. Enter number of characters allowed: halfwidth 255 characters Enter characters allowed: the same as the E-mail address of sender of administrator notification function Several addresses cannot be specified.
17	E-mail address 2	Halfwidth space: fixed value
18	E-mail address 3	Halfwidth space: fixed value
19	E-mail address 4	Halfwidth space: fixed value
20	E-mail address 5	Halfwidth space: fixed value
21	Authority_Log Viewer 1	The View/save attached information authority in Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: can be viewed 0: cannot be viewed When importing the administrator information, it only can be specified when No.5 is "1".
22	Authority_Log Viewer 2	The Save CSV file authority in Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: can be saved 0: cannot be saved When importing the administrator information, it only can be specified when No.5 is "1".
23	Authority_Log Viewer 3	The View Configuration Change Log authority in Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: can be viewed 0: cannot be viewed When importing the administrator information, it only can be specified when No.5 is "1".
24	Authority_Log Viewer 4	The Save E-mail contents authority in Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: can be saved 0: cannot be saved When importing the administrator information, it only can be specified when No.5 is "1".
25	Authority_Log Viewer 5	The View backup log authority in Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: can be viewed 0: cannot be viewed When importing the administrator information, it only can be specified when No.5 is "1".
26	Authority_Log Viewer 6	Emergency procedure authority in the Log Viewer for the administrator. 1: Can be set 0: Cannot be set When importing the administrator information, it can only be specified when item 5 is "1".
