2.4 Department Administrator Information

This section describes the CSV file of department administrator information in the Management Console.

File name

Arbitrary (*.*).
When creating a file, the user can specify any file name.

Usage

This CSV file can be used in the following conditions.

When distributing the department administrator to the CT group and user group in batch.
When outputting the department administrator information of the CT group and user group as a CSV file in batch.

Refer to the contents of "Export Department Administrator Information through Management Console" and "Allocate collectively using CSV files" in User's Guide for Administrator for how to use the CSV file.

Saving location

It can be saved in any location of local drive.

File format

This is the CSV file in the following format.

Character code: Shift JIS or UTF-8 (encoding format specified in the server setting tool)
Item quotation: "" " (halfwidth double quotation)
Item separation: " ,"(halfwidth comma)
Item length: variable-length
Line feed code: CRLF (0x0d+0x0a)
Note) That is: the end of file shall be line break.

The first line is the title line and the data begins with the second line.

The item name and description output in the CSV file are described as follows:

No.	Item Name	Description
1	Depth	The depth of group level. Display in a range from 1 to 99. The output "Depth" cannot be modified.
2	Group ID	The group ID for registered department administrator. The output "Group ID" cannot be modified.
3	Group Name	The group name for registered department administrator. The output "Group Name" cannot be modified.
4	Processing flag	The processing is performed for this line of CSV file. When outputting the department administrator information: blank When importing the department administrator information Blank: import new information. D: delete the information of this line.
5	Department administrator logon ID	The logon ID for department administrator. Output or input the ID used for logon and authentication in Management Console/Log Viewer. When inputting, the capital letters and small letters will be treated as the same characters.
6	User name of department administrator	The user name of department administrator.
7	Access authority	The authority given to the department administrator. Log Viewer: the authority can be viewed in Log Viewer only when it is set as the group of department administrator. Management Console/Log Viewer: the authority can be viewed in Management Console and Log Viewer only when it is set as the group of department administrator. Management Console: the authority can be viewed in the Management Console only when it is set as the group of department administrator.

24	Notes	When using the Server Settings Tool to register as the department administrator and the output CSV file, the set notes information of department administrator will be output.
25	E-mail address	The E-mail address of the department administrator set by using the Server Settings Tool.
26	E-mail receiving	Settings of whether to notify the prohibition log. 1: sending 2: not sending

For the output CSV file, specify a full path name no larger than 218 characters.

When there are many Management Servers, output the information to the file in turn according to the above mentioned format and sequence that is the same as the display sequence of the CT group tree.
