4.1 Apply Off-line Policy

This section describes how to use the policy application tool released by the administrator.

Note

When the administrator releases the policy application tool in an E-mail attachment, save the file attachment to any folder before running it.

1. Start the Policy Application Tool released by the administrator.
   Click the OK button after entering the startup password given by the administrator.

2. A screen to check the policy updates will be displayed. Click the Yes button.

3. The completion window is displayed after the policy has been applied successfully.
   Click the OK button to exit the Policy Application Tool.
