The interactive uninstallation procedure of AdvancedCopy Manager's agent (for AIX) is as follows:
Login to the server on which to perform the tasks. Perform operations after logging in with root (superuser).
Uninstall AdvancedCopy Manager's agent executing the following command.
# /opt/swstorage/setup/stg/swunsetup |
The following screen is displayed. To continue the uninstallation, enter "y". To stop the uninstallation, enter "n" or "q".

The relevant packages are deleted, and execution result is displayed.
The following message is displayed after the AdvancedCopy Manager's agent uninstallation is completed normally.
AdvancedCopy Manager was uninstalled successfully.
If the following line is defined in the /etc/rc.shutdown file, delete the line.
/opt/FJSVswstf/daemon/stop_smgr0
Reboot the system.
# /usr/sbin/shutdown -r now
The AdvancedCopy Manager's agent (for AIX) uninstallation is completed.
Information
After executing the swunsetup command, if you reinstall AdvancedCopy Manager's agent to another directory, make sure that no package directories listed in "A.2.2 Program Components of AdvancedCopy Manager's Agent" remain.
Even executing the swunsetup command may not delete the package directories listed in "A.2.2 Program Components of AdvancedCopy Manager's Agent". If these are unnecessary, delete them manually.
