Web Console needs cookies to be enabled in the web browser.
For Internet Explorer
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.
On the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
The Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box is displayed.
Check the Override automatic cookie handling checkbox, and check Accept in the First-party Cookies.
For Microsoft Edge
Click the More (...) on the upper right of the screen, and then click Settings.
The Settings screen is displayed.
Click View advanced Settings of the Advanced settings category.
The Advanced settings screen is displayed.
Select Don't Block Cookies in Cookies of Privacy and services.

The button names may vary depending on the version of Microsoft Edge.
For Firefox
For Firefox ESR 38 or later
Click Options from the menu.
The Options dialog box is displayed.
Select the Privacy panel.
Select "Remember history" or "Use custom settings for history" from the Firefox will: drop-down menu.
If "Use custom settings for history" is selected, check the "Accept cookies from sites".
For Firefox ESR 31 or earlier
Click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
The Options dialog box is displayed.
Click Privacy.
Select "Remember history" or "Use custom settings for history" from the Firefox will: drop-down menu.
If "Use custom settings for history" is selected, check the "Accept cookies from sites".
For Safari
Follow the procedure listed in the Safari support site to enable cookie.
