If the Action column is "Delete All Patches" and the Result column is "Success" in the operation history, the deletion of all patches has been properly completed.
The status of the application of the patch can be referred to from the Patch Management screen. Refer to "Apply Consolidated Patch/Display Application Status/Delete All Patches" in the ETERNUS SF Web Console Guide for information on the procedures for confirming this information.
A hyphen (-) is displayed in the [Consolidated Patch Name] of the Patch Management screen.
In cases when the deletion of the patch has failed, a dialogue is displayed immediately after logging in. Similarly in this case, confirm the operation history and the status of the application of the Consolidated Patch.
For errors displayed in the operation history, refer to the article for the corresponding message number in the ETERNUS SF Messages.
If you have referred to the system log or the event log of the server and have dealt with the error of the ETERNUS SF Manager services, it is unnecessary to deal with this error message.

If the details of the operation history have been confirmed, the dialogue that is displayed in cases when the deletion of the patch has failed is not displayed at the time of the next login.
