After the application of the Consolidated Patch, the ETERNUS SF Manager services are automatically restarted. Users that are currently logged in to Web Console are forced to disconnect.
Be sure to confirm that users other than the user applying the patch are not logged in to Web Console. If there are other users that are logged in, have them log out, or execute forcible log out as needed. Refer to "Forcible Logout" in the ETERNUS SF Web Console Guide for information on how to confirm the users that are logged in and how to execute forcible log out.
