3.3.24 Messages Output in CS/DS Operating Status Check Command

Command execution succeeded.

Cause

Action

Processing ended normally, so no action needs to be taken.

The specified parameter is incorrect.

Cause

The parameter specified when starting the command is invalid.

Action

Specify the correct parameter, and then execute the command again.

Exception has occurred in the environment, the process is cancelled.

Cause

The command has not been executed in CS or DS. Or, there is an issue with the operating environment.

Action

Execute the command in CS or DS.

Failed to obtain memory, the process is cancelled.

Cause

There may be insufficient memory.

Action

Exit all other applications, and then execute the command again.

Failed to read definition file, the process is cancelled.

Cause

Failed to reference the definition file used by the server feature.

Action

Wait for a few moments, and then execute the command again. If the same error persists, contact the service desk.

Failed to write to the specified file, the process is cancelled.

Cause

Failed to write to or create the specified file.

Action

Specify a file to be output in a folder for which the user has write privileges, using the absolute path, and execute the command again.

Updating software or policy, the process is cancelled.

Cause

A software or policy update is in progress, so the command will be canceled.

Action

Wait for a few moments, and then execute the command again.

Internal error occurred.

Cause

An error that prevents processing from continuing has occurred.

Action

Contact the service desk.
