Master management information files define users and organizations to be managed using Systemwalker Desktop Patrol and other related information.
Master management information files are created as follows:
Direct creation. (Upload files)
These are created using an editor. After creation, data are reflected on the system by uploading them.
Downloading management data (Download files)
Data that have been created can be output into a CSV file.
These are CSV-format files. Items listed are separated by a comma. In each file, the third line and the subsequent lines constitute master management information data. In addition, values for the respective items cannot be marked in quotation marks ("")".
Download files:
The first line -> type, date and time of creation, the second line -> data item entries
Upload files:
The type must be specified in the first line. Any character string can be entered in the second line. You can even use a blank line.
