Processing to automatic installation failure of security patches
Take one of the following measures to install the security patches manually if the automatic installation fails. Installation of the security patches doesn't require the system limits of authority. Therefore, log on Windows with limits of authority an ordinary user can also install the security patches.
In CT, click Start or Apps > Patch Application to install the patches manually.
Install the security patches manually from the software download window in CT.
Processing to manual installation failure of security patches
The following are possible causes of failure to install the security patches manually.
Using the Client of CT, no installation of the security patches from the software download window.
Errors have occurred during software download, making it impossible to install the security patches.
In the first instance, install the security patches from the software download window on the Client.
In the second instance, finish the processing corresponding to the error message displayed, then download the software again. Refer to relevant contents of Reference Manual for the corresponding processing to the error message displayed.
