2.6.5 Configuration Files for Matching Details between the Switchover Source and Destination Sites

When changing the following files on the switchover source site, also change the files on the switchover destination site.
"*" in the table indicates arbitrary files in the folders.
The above changes are not necessary when no file exists in both the switchover source and destination sites.

Information

When the rcxmgrexport command is executed, the above configuration files are output to the following switchover information storage folder:

[Windows Manager]
Switchover information storage folder\ManagerExport\CONFIG_FILEDate Exported

[Linux Manager]
Switchover information storage directory\ManagerExport\CONFIG_FILEDate Exported

Referring to the configuration file for the switchover source site, which is stored in the switchover information storage folder, during switchover, enables you to make the content of the configuration file for the switchover destination site the same as the one for the switchover source site.

For details on the switchover information folder, refer to "3.2 Creating Switchover Information Folders".

For details on the rcxmgrexport command, refer to "B.1 rcxmgrexport".

When the contents of configuration files shown below differ between sites at the switchover in the Active-Active operation, matching them is not easy.
When editing configuration files on the switchover source site, manually merge the edited contents on the switchover destination site, before switchover. For details on how to edit configuration files, see the references listed below.
