Description
When the following combinations of OSs and browsers are used, due to effects of the OS operation, when logging in to the ROR console the error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" may be displayed.
Windows Server 2003 + InternetExplorer8
Windows Server 2008 + InternetExplorer8
Corrective Action
Perform one of the following corrective actions:
Connect to the ROR console using a combination of OS and Web browsers other than those above
When this trouble occurs, reload the web page
Specify an IP address instead of an FQDN for the URL
