Problem
The IP address cannot be assigned by the script even when the virtual adapter is activated by the strhanet command.
Cause
"DHCP Client" service might stop.
Action
Start "DHCP Client" service if it stopped.
"DHCP Client" service is necessary for adding the IP address by the netsh command.
