Data displayed in the dashboard (event data) is collated at specific times. This collated data is then deleted at certain times. If the service is unable to delete the data, because the server is stopped every time it is meant to delete the data, then the data cannot be deleted and unnecessary data will accumulate.

If this situation occurs, perform the following procedure to change the time to a more appropriate one.
Connect to the operation management console and log in. For details, refer to "B.3.1 Access Method".
Click [Analytics System]-[System Settings]-[Data Migration] in the pane on the left, and select CTDSB002 to CTDSB004 on the [Archive Rules] tab to display [Schedule Setting].
Modify [Schedule Type] and [Execution Time] to the time to execute.
Click [Modify].

Do not change these settings unless there is a particular need.
When modifying the settings, configure different times for deletion of each data migration definition.
