Start the manager in order to enable the email settings set in "9.2.2 Setting Application Process Settings" and "9.2.3 Setting Application Process to be Used".
Refer to "2.1 Starting and Stopping Managers" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on how to stop the manager.
