Use this function when managing the information of software and patches which cannot be automatically collected during discovery. Only the collection items of the software are defined. When managing patches, use the Information Collection Management Command to define the patch collection items. After this, use the Software Information Management Command and the Patch Information Management Command to define the software and patch information, and use the Installed Software Information Management Command and the Applied Information Management Command to register the installed software and the applied patches.
