The status of devices that are displayed in the detail dialog box can be updated to the latest status.
The update procedure is as follows:
On the Device Status panel, click the name of the device you want to update to the latest status.
The detailed information about the status of the selected device is displayed in the detail dialog box.
Click the Collect Error Data tab in the detail dialog box.
Note
If the selected device is a manually embedded storage device or a manually embedded tape library, the error information cannot be collected.
