E.2.8 Error Message 20013 is displayed

Problem

Error message 20013 is displayed.

FJSVHANET: ERROR:20013: Failed to communicate with the GLS driver.

Cause

The GLS driver may not be installed.

Action

To check whether or not the GLS driver is installed:

1. In the Control Panel double-click [Network Connections] to open the [Network Connections] window. Right-click any network connection and click [Properties].

2. Open the [Network] tab of the property window, and then check that the [FUJITSU PRIMECLUSTER GLS Network Protocol Driver] is displayed in the list under [This connection uses the following items:].

   

If the GLS driver is installed and this message is still displayed, collect GLS diagnostic data then contact field engineers. For details on collecting diagnostic data, refer to "6.4.1 hanet_snap."
