When using Express's manager or Storage Cruiser's manager, and when monitoring devices using the SNMPv3 protocol, perform the following procedure and uninstall the SNMP Trap Service:
Open the service screen.
For Windows Server 2012
Click Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative tools > Services.
For all other Windows environments
Click Control Panel > Administrative tools > Services.
If the ETERNUS SF SNMP Trap Service status is "Started", select the SNMP Trap monitoring service and click Stop.
Execute the following command from the command prompt to uninstall the ETERNUS SF SNMP Trap Service.
> powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted $INS_DIR\ESC\Manager\opt\FJSVssmgr\sbin\swsttctr.ps1 -uninstall
$INS_DIR is "Program Directory" specified at the ETERNUS SF Manager installation.
