Any trouble occurring on any device managed by ETERNUS SF Manager is indicated as an event. Administrators can be notified of events by e-mail.
For receiving event notifications by E-mail, the contact e-mail address must be set by using the Web Console.
Refer to "Display/Change Contact Information" in the ETERNUS SF Web Console Guide for the method of settings.
After setting the contact e-mail address, use the Web Console to send a test E-mail and check whether it arrives at the specified E-mail address.
