Locked resources are treated as follows in the [Templates] tab of the [L-Platform Template] window:
You cannot start using locked resources.
If a resource specified in a template is locked, the template cannot be edited unless the resource is deleted from the L-Platform template.
Locking resources affects operations on segment information and template information.
