2.14 USB Device List File

File name

Arbitrary (*.*).
When creating a file, the user can specify any file name.

Usage

This CSV file can be used under the following conditions:

Refer to the related contents of "Export Files to Specified USB Device Only" in Systemwalker Desktop Keeper User's Guide for Administrator for how to use this CSV file.

When modifying and deleting the logged USB device information, use the contents output to the CSV file.

When deleting the USB device, specify the processing flag.

Saving location

It can be saved in any location of local drive.

When outputting or importing CSV files, specify a full path name no larger than 218 bytes and then save it.

File format

The item name and description of the input CSV file are described as follows.

The character encoding used is either Shift JIS or UTF-8, one of which is specified in the server configuration tool. The first line is the title line and the date begins on the second line.
When not logging on any USB device, output the title line only.

Processing Flag

  • When outputting
    blank.

  • When importing
    specify the processing flag.

    • New registration:
      Specify it as halfwidth space.

GUID

  • When outputting
    Specify the key (unique) saved in the internal part of system.

  • When importing
    Specify the key saved in the internal part of system.

    • New registration:
      Specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Modification is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      Modification is not allowed.

USB Device Name

  • When outputting
    output the USB device name.

  • When importing
    Specify the USB device name.

    • New registration:
      Specify the characters within 80 halfwidth characters (40 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      Specify the characters within 80 halfwidth characters (40 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

Notes

  • When outputting
    output the notes information.

  • When importing
    Specify the notes information.

    • New registration:
      Specify the characters within 128 halfwidth characters (64 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Specify the characters within 128 halfwidth characters (64 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

Manufacturer ID

  • When outputting
    output the manufacturer ID.

  • When importing
    Specify the manufacturer ID.

    • New registration:
      Specify 4 hexadecimal characters.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      Specify 4 hexadecimal characters.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

Product ID

  • When outputting
    output the product ID.

  • When importing
    Specify the product ID.

    • New registration:
      Specify 4 hexadecimal characters.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      Specify 4 hexadecimal characters.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

Device Name

  • When outputting
    output the device name.

  • When importing
    Specify the device name.

    • New registration:
      Specify the characters within 80 halfwidth characters (or 40 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      Specify 80 or less halfwidth characters (or 40 fullwidth characters).
      Limit code cannot be specified.
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      Modification is not allowed.

Internal Serial Number

  • When outputting
    output the internal serial number.

  • When importing
    Specify the internal serial number.

    • New registration:
      Specify the characters within 64 halfwidth characters (32 fullwidth characters).
      When [Identification Method] is set as"1" and "3", the default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      Specify the characters within 64 halfwidth characters (32 fullwidth characters).
      When [Identification Method] is set as"1" and "3", the default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      Modification is not allowed.

Identification Method

  • When outputting
    output the identification method.
    0: cannot be used
    1: completely match
    2: matching product
    3: matching serial number

  • When importing
    Specify the identification method. Specify one of the following numerals.

    • New registration:
      0: cannot be used
      1: completely match
      2: matching product
      3: matching serial number
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Modify:
      0: cannot be used
      1: completely match
      2: matching product
      3: matching serial number
      The default input format is not allowed.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

Last Connection Date

  • When outputting
    output the date when the USB device is in last use.

  • When importing
    Specify the last connection date.

    • New registration:
      Specify the format of YYYYMMDD or YYYYMMDDhhmmss.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Specify the format of YYYYMMDD or YYYYMMDDhhmmss.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

USB Period for Use

  • When outputting
    output the period for use of USB device.

  • When importing
    Specify the period for use for USB device.

    • New registration:
      Specify the format of YYYYMMDD.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Specify the format of YYYYMMDD.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.

When logging on in the first time, modifying and specifying it as space, set the period for use according to the settings contents in the [USB Device Operation Settings] window.

When [Not Set Period for Use] is selected, the period for use will not be set.

When [Set Period for Use for USB Device] is selected, the period for use will be set.

User Name of Last Use

  • When outputting
    output the user name of user of USB device in last use.

  • When importing
    Specify the user who is the last one to use the USB device.

    • New registration:
      Specify the characters within 40 halfwidth characters (20 fullwidth characters).
      The user name totally composed of period cannot be specified.
      Cannot specify halfwidth symbols "\/[]:|<>+=;,?*@"" .
      Cannot specify limit code.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Specify the characters within 40 halfwidth characters (20 fullwidth characters).
      The user name totally composed of period cannot be specified.
      Cannot specify halfwidth symbols; "\/[]:|<>+=;,?*@"" .
      Cannot specify limit code.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Delete:

Computer Name of Last Use

  • When outputting
    output the name of computer who is the last one to use USB device.

  • When importing
    Specify the name of computer who is the last one to use USB device.

    • New registration:
      Specify the computer name composed of halfwidth alphanumeric numeral or strike within 64 characters.
      The strike cannot be specified in the beginning and end.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Modify:
      Specify the computer name composed of halfwidth alphanumeric numeral or strike within 64 characters.
      The strike cannot be specified in the beginning and end.
      When the default input format is allowed, specify it as halfwidth space.

    • Delete:
      modification is not allowed.
