1.29.3 Display Settings Information

Functional Specification

Display the settings information.

Command Format

FSW11EJ7.EXE <Password> /D /D [/Silent]

Option

<Password>:

Enter the client management password set on the management console or the password set during installation of the client (CT).

/D:

Display information.

/D:

Specify it when displaying settings information related to operation.

/Silent:

It is the option that is effective in the OS of Windows Vista(R) or higher. It can avoid displaying the following message after command execution.

Note

  • When the client (CT) is imported to the Management Server, one of the following messages will be displayed sometimes. Ignore it if there is no exception.

    • "NBT Remote Cache Name Table have been deleted normally and read in advance."

    • "Successful purge and preload of the NBT Remote Cache Name Table."

Item Name

Description

[Communication Port No. (Receiving)]

It is the port number used on server service of Management Server/Master Management Server and the client (CT). (Port number used for receiving at the client (CT) side)

[Communication Port No. (Sending)]

It is the port number used on server service of Management Server/Master Management Server and the client (CT). (Port number used for sending logs immediately from the client (CT) side)

[Communication Port No. (Sending 2)]

It is the port number used on server service of Management Server/Master Management Server and the client (CT). (Port number used for sending logs collectively from the client (CT) side)

[IP address of server (CT Management Server)]

It is the IP address of Management Server/Master Management Server connected with the client (CT).

[IP address of server (Backup Management Server)]

It is the IP address of backup Management Server when inquiring user policy.

[Server coexitence CT Flag]

It is the flag indicating the existence of Management Server in the client (CT).

  • 0: Management Server does not exist on the client (CT)

  • 1: Management Server exists on the client (CT)

[Dial-up connection]

It is the setting of whether to communicate with Management Server/Master Management Server during dial-up connection.

  • 1: Do not communicate with Management Server.

  • 2: Do not communicate with Management Server.

  • 3: Communicate with Management Server.

[E-mail attachment prohibition method

It is the method for monitoring E-mail attachment prohibition (information specified in the monitoring mode of E-mail attachment prohibition of CT operating parameter file)

  • 0: Port Monitoring Mode (Default)

  • 1: V12.0L20 - V13.0.0 Compatible Mode

[E-mail sending monitoring port No.]

It is the port number used for communication between the client (CT) and SMTP server (information specified in the port number used for monitoring E-mail sending of CT operating parameter information file).

The default is 25. It is displayed within the range of 1 - 60000.

[E-mail driver receiving port No.]

It is the port number used by the E-mail driver of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper (information specified in the port number used for E-mail attachment prohibition communication of CT operating parameter information file).

The default is 10018. It is displayed within the range of 5001 - 60000.

[E-mail driver transmission port No.]

It is the port number used by the E-mail driver of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper (information specified in the port number 2 used for E-mail attachment prohibition communication of CT operating parameter information file).

The default is 10019. It is displayed within the range of 5001 - 60000.

[Saving contents]

It is the directory for saving logs specified during the installation of the client (CT).

[Log size]

[Operation log]

It is the maximum size of operation log saved on the client (CT).

[Prohibition log]

It is the maximum size of prohibition log saved on the client (CT).

[Error]

It is the maximum size of error log saved on the client (CT). In addition, it is displayed as ON when it is set to collect logs, and displayed as OFF when it is set to not to collect logs. For details of settings, refer to "Chapter 5 Collect Information for Investigation".

[Trace]

It is the maximum size of error log saved on the client (CT) and trace level. I t is displayed as ON when it is set to collect, and displayed as OFF when it is set to not to collect. For trace level, 3 to 4 refers to trace at summary level and 5 or above refers to trace at detail level. For details of settings, refer to "Chapter 5 Collect Information for Investigation".

[Number of days to save error log]

It is the number of days in which the collected logs are saved on the client (CT) (information specified in the number of days to save error logs of CT operating parameter information file).

The default is 30.

[Log sending method]

It is the mode of sending logs from the client (CT) to the Management Server.

[0]:

  • When selecting [Send immediately when operation logs occur], and selecting [Send accumulated logs immediately after connection]

[1]:

  • When selecting [Send immediately when operation logs occur], and selecting [Send operation logs accumulated in certain amount collectively after connection]

[2]:

  • [Send accumulated logs immediately after connection] -> (Specify time for log sending: 0)

  • [Send operation logs accumulated in certain amount collectively after connection] -> (Specify time for log sending: 1 Sending time: hhmm)]

[Specify time for log sending]

It is the flag indicating whether to perform time specification.

  • 0: Do not specify time for log sending.

  • 1: Specify time for log sending.

[Sending time]

It is the time of sending when time is specified.

[Printing monitoring mode]

It is the mode of monitoring printing operation (Information specified in printing monitoring mode of CT operating parameter information file).

  • 0: Monitor printing on all printers set by this PC (default).

  • 1: Monitor printing on local printers only (mode of monitoring printing through printer server).
