Event traps are messages reported from a device. If you have any questions about the message contents, refer to the relevant hardware manual to take corrective actions.

Express and Storage Cruiser receive event traps that are described in the hardware manual.

Specific Trap (Extended Trap)

This Trap is sent to notify that a component has failed or has been degraded.

This trap is sent to notify that the link status of a CA port has been changed.

This Trap is sent to notify the Error level events related to Storage Cluster.

This Trap is sent to notify that an event notified by Trap number 2 has returned to normal state.
