For the file opened according to the dynamic access method (FA_DYNACC), there is no way to sequentially rewrite or delete the record that has been positioned as a result of sequential read, under the following condition:
FA_REVORD is specified by the cobfa_stkey() function, or
Attribute of the primary record key allows duplicated (FA_DUPS).
