Issue: The "Build (if required) before launching" checkbox is checked.
Solution: Following the steps below to uncheck the checkbox.
Select "Window" > "Preferences" from the menu bar. The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
Select "Run/Debug" > "Launching" from the left pane. The "Launching" page is displayed.
Uncheck the "Build (if required) before launching" checkbox in the General Options group box.
