The following method is supported for the Exchange Server database backup operation using the Storage Cluster Continuous Copy function.

This section describes the procedure for backing up or restoring the Exchange Server database using the Storage Cluster Continuous Copy function. In addition, the description here is based on "8.2 Backup and Restore of Exchange Server Database in Windows Server 2008 or Later". For a backup/restore of Database Availability Group(DAG), refer to this section and "8.3 Backup and Restore of Database Availability Group".
The backup/restore procedure that uses the Storage Cluster Continuous Copy function is the same as for non-TFOVs. Refer to "Chapter 8 Backup and Restore of Exchange Server Databases" for details.

In Windows Server 2003 environments, the Storage Cluster Continuous Copy function is not available..
