A.12 TFOConfig.ini Parameter

This file is saved at the following location of the Server Node as a setting file of Storage Cluster Controller:

Platform of Agent	Location
Windows	$ENV_DIR\ESC\Agent\etc\TFOConfig.ini ($ENV_DIR means "Environment Directory" specified at the Agent installation.)

Reflecting Contents of Setting File

The file is read and used when Agent starts.

To operate according to the contents of the file the restart of Agent is needed.

Customization

IP

Specify the IP address of a monitored storage device.

In IP address, IPv4 or IPv6 address can be entered.

Specify the IP address of one device in one row. If there are a number of monitored devices, enter their IP addresses in as many rows as monitored devices.

IP=IP address of monitored ETERNUS

Note

IPv6 address supports global addresses alone.
If the specified IP address format is not correct, ignore the specification and continue the operation.
If the same IP address is specified, do not regard it as error but monitor the specified IP address.
The Storage Cluster Controller works only on Windows. On operating systems other than Windows, ignore the definition of this parameter.

Examples

When monitoring storage devices whose IP address is 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.10:
