You can collect the information necessary for the trouble investigation with FJQSS (Information Collection Tool).
See the manual according to the following procedures shown below.
You can collect information using FJQSS only if Live Help was installed with standard settings.
Windows Server 2012 or later OS, Windows 8 and later OS
Click [All Apps] menu, and select [FJQSS (Information Collection Tool)]>[FJQSS User's Guide].
Windows Server 2008 R2 or former OS, Windows 7 or former OS.
Click [Start] menu, and select [FJQSS (Information Collection Tool)]>[ FJQSS User's Guide].
Collecting Information by FJQSS (Information Collection Tool)
Click [Start] or [All Apps] menu, and select [FJQSS (Information Collection Tool)]>[Information Collection( Live Help Expert )]. This operation opens a command prompt.
After the command prompt opens, input "Y[Enter]" according to the instruction in the prompt.
After the FJQSS has completed the collection, the name of the output folder of the collected information appears in the prompt.
Verify that the information have been collected in the folder whose name is indicated in the prompt.
Input "[Enter]" to end the command prompt.
The following file is created in the output folder of the collected information. Please send it to the Fujitsu support engineer.
