As in the figure above, the operator can connect to multiple relay servers using Remote Desktop. Then he/she can start the Live Help Monitor program and connect to a Client computer from each relay server.
Note
In case of a chain connection like this example, you cannot use the Live Help Expert program on the relay servers instead of the Live Help Monitor program.
