When you uninstall Live Help Expert and/or Live Help Client programs, Live Help security settings will be kept or discarded as follows.
If you uninstall both Live Help Expert and Live Help Client programs
All of the Live Help security settings will be discarded.
If you uninstall either program on a computer on which Live Help Expert and Live Help Client programs are both installed
The Live Help security settings for the uninstalled program will be kept after uninstallation.
If you re-install the uninstalled program, the security settings will be set as before uninstallation. If you do not want to apply the previous security settings, change the settings using Live Help Security Setup command.
The settings are kept, but you cannot change them after uninstallation. Live Help Security Setup command can change the security settings of Live Help applications only when the applications are installed.
