Select this menu item to use Live Help Monitor and establish a connection to the contact's IP address.
To connect to the IP address of the specified contact:
Select a contact that you with to establish a connection.
Select Join (make a connection) from the Tools menu,
OR
Double-click the contact in the Address Book.

You can run up to 8 copies of the Live Help Monitor program at the same time.
