The Live Help Address Book window has two panes. The left pane shows groups on a tree, and the right pane shows a list of contacts included in the contact group selected in the left pane.
To start Live Help Address Book, from the Start menu or the Apps screen, point to Live Help, and then click Live Help Address Book.
