You can see from this structure that Live Help Monitor lacks the Create menu item on the SESSION menu and the Send Screen menu item on the TOOLS menu. Otherwise, the application supports most of the same functionality of the Live Help Expert application.
Additionally, since the Live Help Monitor lacks the ability to create sessions, the options Approve Connections and Allow CTRL+ALT+DEL have been removed from the Security dialog box.
