The buttons on the Client File Exchange tool bar are:
| Go Up navigates up one level in the currently selected folder tree. Same as View, Go Up One Level menu item. |
| Refreshupdates the contents of the active sub-window. Same as View, Refresh menu item. |
| New Foldercreates a new folder at the current path of the active sub-window. Same as File, New Folder menu item. |
| Delete Files/Foldersdeletes selected file(s) and folder(s) from the active sub-window. Same as File, Delete menu item. |
| Rename File/Folderchanges the name of the currently selected file or folder in the active sub-window. Same as File, Rename menu item. |
| Sendtransfers the selected file(s) and folder(s) from the Support Specialist's computer to the Client's computer. Same as File, Send menu item. |
| Receivetransfers the selected file(s) and folder(s) from the Client's computer to the Support Specialist's computer. Same as File, Receive menu item. |
| Compare Foldercompares the selected file, folder or drive on the Support Specialist's computer to the selected file folder or driver on the Client's computer. Same as File, Compare menu item. |
