Live Help will behave as follows when Fast User Switching is used on the Client computer during a Live Help session.
When the operating system of the Client computer is;
Windows Vista or later / Windows Server 2008 or later
Live Help will stop screen transfers and remote control right after Fast User Switching is selected.

To restart screen transfers, follow the steps below:
On the Client computer, locally switch to the first logged in user. (In most cases, screen transfers will be restarted with this operation)
If screen transfers were not restarted with the above step, locally log off all users on the Client computer, and then re-logon to the computer.
