Cause
When restoration tool is used to restore the log information, it is for adding data (no initialization). As reference, the management information of database will be restored after initialization, so it will not be repeated.
[Resolution]
When log information is restored, execute after confirming the data of the backup period has been deleted so as to avoid repeated registration.
When confirming if the log information has been deleted, use the Log Viewer to search if the log during such period is 0 case to make the judgment.
2. Error message is displayed when searching command login Log Viewer.

In the [User Information Setting] of Server Settings Tool, [View/Save Attached Information] window, it is not allowed for the set user.

In the [User Information Settings] window of Server Settings Tool, select the [ View/Save Attached Information] displayed in [Log Viewer] of the [Detailed Authority] for the user to be set.
Cause 2
Attached information might not have been sent to the Management Server.
[Resolution]
When sending logs and attached information to the Management Server, sometimes time difference (maximum 1 minute) will occur. Wait for about 1 minute and then check the Log Viewer .
4. After the error message is displayed during log search in Log Viewer, the window is frozen.

Because the range of search is too large during log search, the required memory cannot be ensured on PC when Log Viewer is executed.

After domain logon in Windows, according to the rules of Active Directory, even the logged ID is registered with single-byte, logon can be performed with double-byte. Actually, logon/logoff log is created according to the data operated on the keyboard. Therefore, when logging on with double-byte logon ID, the ID of logon/logoff log will become double-byte.

Cause
During backup, the URL in the log information output as text file number has been judged as virus by the antivirus software by mistake and deleted.
[Resolution]
The antivirus software incorrectly detected that information in text file contains virus, it cannot be processed at Systemwalker Desktop Keeper side. Consideration to take out the backup command from the target of monitor by antivirus software.
