Systemwalker Operation Manager consists of server functions and client functions. The server functions automatically operate jobs, and the client functions connect to the server and provide a user interface that enables definition, monitoring, and operation.
A computer on which the Systemwalker Operation Manager server functions are installed is referred to as the "Systemwalker Operation Manager server", or simply a "server". A computer on which the client functions are installed is referred to as the "Systemwalker Operation Manager client", or simply a "client".
Systemwalker Operation Manager supports various operation configurations.
